"Since moving into Pine Grove apartments in Fall of 2019, I have not had very many issues. If something breaks, they're quick to fix it. The neighbors are all good, a little kooky, but good. As long as you pay your rent, they leave you alone. Obviously, if you don't pay your rent, it's going to be unpleasant living here. They take care of the area, although waking up to the lawn mowers on Monday morning is annoying; The grass still needs to be cut. The thing that's rough is parking. There are certain people that don't know how to park their vehicles and park it on the line (And then don't fix it. That's just self centeredness and rude), or across the line constantly preventing you from parking there. The apartments are roomy, the only utility you pay for is electric & cable/internet (gas, water, heat, & trash are all included in the rent). The annoying thing is the hot water. It's shared hot water, so if you're in the shower, and someone else in the building turns on their faucet for any reason, you go from nice hot shower water, to becoming a shower for frosty the snowman..Then you quickly go from being frosty the snowman to being boiled alive like a lobster. The only time to prevent this is to take a shower in the middle of the night. All in all, though, it's not that bad of a place to stay. It's the first time I've ever lived in an apartment complex, and I don't really have plans on moving out right now. My rent has been raised once since 2019, and it went up a whole $4. Outrageous, right? I'm not on any subsides so I pay full rent."
"Do your research before thinking of getting an apartment here."
