"Got a call back saying I will not be accepted at all due to me being on a rent voucher that pays almost 90% of my rent an the person flat out refused to even look at my app an told me to leave before the cops are called on me. Well with that I really hope you guys know it was against the law what the person did to me an my boy an I will not be recommending this place at all as a matter of fact I have black listed this place from ever calling me."

"I love it hear. It is so nice to live some place where not only management cares about what is going on, so does maintenance and the other residents. If there are any issues, they are addressed immediately. If something breaks, it is fixed right away. I feel blessed knowing that my grand kids can come visit and play outside without any issues. Thank you to both Heather and Milan. They are a great team."

"I was looking into this place one time. Just had a new kid and dealing with court issues and couldn't get the child's social security number. Explaining the situation out of frustration I was told by the lady who called me that I will no longer be accepted because I apparently gave her attitude. I'm sorry I'm a single mom frustrated and dealing with so much court due to laws and I was frustrated."

"The manager who answered my call was unacceptably rude but also completely useless. She would not answer a single question, would not explain requirements and eliminating factors for approval process. “Fill out an app, get on the waitlist (no timeline other than a minimum of 6 months) and once a unit becomes available she sends out ‘ a letter then you have seven days to respond.” No other information would be given - how asinine!!"

"5/4/18 Bridgeport has been a perfect place to live in since the change in management. Our former manager was replaced by a respectable and benevolent man by the name of Dan. He’s the GOAT so apply now if you need a good income based living space."
