(in a condescending tone) whats the name on the application?" Also they ask for way too much on the application. On top of that I waited almost a month just to hear " i dont think you meet the income requirements" screw that place"

"Trash everywhere, used condoms in the parking lots. The office people are rude and condescending completely ignorant to the common struggles of the residents. They never fix anything properly. The rent is too high for the condition of the property. I'd save yourself a headache and look for an apartment virtually anywhere else. They'll evict you for almost anything wanting to make money and get people out as fast as possible."
