"My husband travels all over for work. He was very pleased with his stay here. It's clean, the staff treats him well and the prices are affordable. He stayed here for 3 weeks."
"Nice clean hotel. Smells like cleaner but you don't notice it long. Bed was very comfortable. Treadmill needs some attention but for now it works."
"The room was a nice size but very outdated. Upon just walking into the building there was an awkward stench almost like burning insense. There were rose petals left in the closet, on the floor and in the jet tub which came out of the jets when it was turned on to clean out the dead bug from the tub. There was a small bottle of lotion in the bathroom which was used and had no lotion in it what so ever. The bed sheets had gross stains on them. When I woke up and opened my curtain there were puddles on both window ledges from the rain as well as on top of the ac unit in the room."
"We booked a hotel stay for Saturday 9/30/23. We were almost to Holland when we got a call saying that my husbands grandpa passed away, so we had to turn around. We tried to get a refund, but the hotel front desk staff and manager refused to refund us saying that we did not give a 24hr notice, when we could not have planned for a death in the family. We would have liked to come back and stay here another night (we love that we could book a room with a jacuzzi tub), but now we will not give them our business in the future."
"Excellent service. We were greeted with the warmest welcome. Even though the property was sold out, it was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean. The room was spotless, but I am knocking it a star due to a musty odor in the room."
