"I’m so tired of the police racing by my home to go to Traditions for gunshots or fights. Get this ghetto apartment complex out of Holland."

"Our neighbor has four dogs that they barely clean up after. They leave dog waste in the back yard right outside of our window. After management have spoken to them about this there is nothing set in place to make them stop doing this even after being warned numerous of times. All summer my kids wasn't able to play in the backyard due to this."

"Horrible management, the office makes up lies and spreads rumors. There's mold in the house EVERYWHERE. The windows are so messed up that we had to put blankets over them so we could stay warm. The office makes threats and has threatened to tow our WORKING vehicle. The people that live in the apartments around ours, make us feel uncomfortable, threaten, and and disturb our life. Not a safe neighborhood there was a shooting RIGHT next to our house!! We do not feel safe in our own home. And will never live in holland again. Also cops are always in here and There is always alot of suspicious activity all year round and the kids can't even play outside because of the people driving so fast and the rude kids. Also the school that is for this district is HORRIBLE and the bus drivers are too."

"Since property was handed over to new management things have gone downhill on the management side. Lady in the office today refused to give me a rent received receipt and was incredibly rude about it. Wondering how I create contact with the property owners."
