"I have one carrier thats particularly lazy. I had a debit card and huge pack of mail that they held onto for days. I had to get a replacement card from my bank. Hadn't gotten mail in days then all of a sudden boom a huge stack with my debit card that had a much earlier ETA along with older bills etc. Just recently the carrier lied and said i requested they hold my package at the post office. There was no delivery attempt even. It wasn't even a large package. Pure laziness do better."

"They never deliver my large envelopes or small packages even though they fit in my mail box and do not require a signature. And even with 2 LARGE parcel lockers attached to my mail box- do they use those? Nope. I have to go all the way to the post office for them to keep saying “oh not sure why they made you come here.” Especially when their hours are awful to make pick up when they close at 5:30 pm, short hours on Saturday and no Sundays? This post office is a literal nightmare bc and incompetent on top of dealing with USPS in general."
