The employee told us that our issue was the alternator. They referred us to Eagle River Tire Center. They switched out our alternator and serpentine belt and had it back to us in a day. "I went in there for my 1st time and the guy working, Nathan was more than helpful! Instead of pointing out what I needed he actually walked me to the area I was looking for. He went out of his way and even explained about the rewards program offered. They offer you a $10 gift card for 1st time people who register. I never knew about that or I would have been going there for a long time!! Everyone should go there, GREAT service and rewards for stuff you need to buy anyway!!"
