"I was originally trying to buy a camper from them and got linked up with Salesman Nick Loseby. He was unable to answer the one question I had but every since he pulled my cell phone number from his caller ID he has been constantly texting, calling and emailing me. Their sales emails appear automated and Nick didn't even seem to remember that he asked me to call him in one email. Very odd sales tactics here so beware and don't let them have your contact information if you can help it. Re: Owner's response. I'm not sure where your information is coming from but I never asked about an LP fridge or made an appointment. I asked for the manufacturer's spec sheet on this particular unit so I could see the feature list since the online listing incorrectly listed some features which was obvious in the photos, hence why I was confirming the year. I said there was a chance I might come up, but I wasn't really rushing to buy anything before spring. I don't think texting multiple times and leaving 4 voicemails on a number you weren't even given as a contact is professional at all."
"Received text that my truck was done. Arrived after a 40 minute travel to pick it up and they informed me that they were trying to figure out a time to get it scheduled for the work. They needed parts. I asked why they said it was done then, and I the answer was that they were done for now. Each time I tried to point out that the communication was lacking the full story, I received rebuttal rather than a customer service culture that was open to looking at ways to improve communication. I felt like I was being looked at as being hostile. No apologies, no interest in looking at this through the eyes of the customer. I had been warned previously about this dealer by one of my employees. Now my experience matches with his."
"Went to Eagle River Ford to have a trailer hitch receiver and wiring set up on my Ford Maverick. The service completed was installed very well despite the fact of providing my tailgate with plenty of new scratches. To make the matter worse I was overcharged $238 dollars for the service in which I still have yet to receive. I’ve been in contact with Ford directly about this and seems this dealer is in no rush to resolve this issue."
"Just purchased a used 2021 Expedition from Justin Kor. He was extremely patient and helpful through all my questions since we were purchasing from out of state. When it looked like transport wasn’t going to be the best option for us and we were driving to Wisconsin he went above and beyond to bring the truck to their other dealership that saved us an hour. I would definitely recommend him as a salesman! Chris in finance was also extremely nice, friendly and helpful when it came to warranty questions. Can’t comment more than that since we had our one finance. It’s easy to tell this dealership focuses on customer service!!!"
