"The aata busses are absolutely filthy these days. Disgusting dark stains on multiple seats every time I ride, and more trash/bottles than ever. And to think, that millage money spent."

"Pretty great facility to wait on the bus. The only thing it lacks, however, is the snack vending machine--possibly due to lack of space and to keep the facility clean. No matter, it's a really great place to wait for either the AAATA bus or the D2A2 bus."

"I've been riding AATA busses for over 20 years. 99 % of the drivers are great, very helpful. I'm surprised to read someone's comment that they worry about their safety on the busses. I am 63, use a walker, & I feel safe to ride with any AATA bus anywhere they go. As far as their report of smelling drugs, marijuana is legal here, so people do get on the bus at times & you can smell the drug on them, but drivers can't change that. With Covid now, the busses are cleaned each time they come into the station. The station is open to sell passes, but restrooms & indoor seating are still not open, as of 11/22/20."

"It is not a well managed bus stoppage, not clean or safe. Buses are not clean inside, you will smell drugs inside the buses and feel uncomfortable. The air ride bus is a very cheap way for transportation but not safe, comfortable or standard public vehicle."
