"They're a company that is responsive,it's nice to see a company that really cares."
"They guaranteed that I would be in the May issue, but I wasn't, so they put me in the June issue. Also, I told them to let me know if they need more/better pictures. When I saw the catalog, 1/3 of my ads didn't have pictures. Highly disappointed with this level of service for the money spent. Update: which issue our ad was in was a misunderstanding. They said it would be in the May issue, which meant the issue which would mail in May, but on the cover it says June. So, my ad did go in the very next issue. So far, they haven't offered anything but an apology for the missing pictures. Update: Darrin is very anxious that this review doesn't stay at one star. :) He offered me a partial refund which I think is a logical answer to my request; however, he only offered it after I refused to change the review, so I feel like excellent customer service might be of lesser importance to him than good reviews. I'll see what kind of results we get from the ads, then I'll try to provide another update. BTW: they set the prices based off of what I gave them, and I told them to price the items to move so I'm hoping for pretty good results. Also, they told me most things they only get to advertise once. I took that to mean that things are selling fast, but we'll see. Final update: I did get calls on some of my ads, and I did sell 3 of the items. The partial reimbursement I accepted was 11.9% of the total value of the ads that didn't have pictures. Since I didn't get calls on the ads that didn't have pictures, I'm not sure I should have accepted that small of a refund, but it's water over the dam and I'm not going to worry about it. I would simply say make sure you have you i's dotted and t's crossed when dealing with this company because it seems they don't."
