"Their website had a Bonafide kayak listed for $1399. Called the store to have it shipped down to Portage and then went to the store and it was suddenly listed as $1499. The owner wouldnt honor the deal they posted publicly online which brought me in, and wasted my time. I hope my negative review and experience drives away $100 in business since they need a lesson in customer service and shouldn't mislead people, I hope it was worth it for them. Update: I got a notice this has over 1000 views, hope the owners understand that the customer is always right, and that not honoring a posted website cost is wrong. The owner was extremely rude about it and complained that that price would make them go out of business. Saw they replied but its not accurate. They would have made that 100 bucks back on these 1000 viewers by now and more!"

"Purchased two full sets of ski's and boots this past weekend and had a great expereince with Kyle. We live about an hour and a half away so we reached out ahead of time to confirm we could make a purchase and have the bindings mounted same day. Kyle was very proactive with his communication and took his time walking us through all of the different options. Great communication, Customer service, Speed of service, and overall selection."

"I bought skis for Christmas presents last year and I needed a pair of skis in a size Uncle Jib's didn't have right then (it was a busy time of year) so the manager helped me find some at a place close by. I picked up the ski's and didn't realize until later they didn't have any bindings. Fast forward to now....I have bindings on the skis and two new beautiful vests that were on sale. They took good care of me. What a class act. If you want a place to shop that you can trust, you've come to the right place."

"I was amazed with the selection they have, especially considering all the shortages. I was able to find the exact paddle I wanted no problem. I also discussed upgrading my kayak with the salesman but never felt pressured to buy anything, but just learn about what else is out there. Great experience, when I'm ready to upgrade I'll be back!"
