"Macy's sent me the wrong makeup. Then wanted to charge me $9 to do a return fee. And also wanted me to print a label out. Very disappointed in the business ethics of Macy's. I tried contacting customer service and they are refusing to correct this error unless I pay the shipping fee. I will not be returning to this location in the future."
