"The t.j Maxx located in Portage, Michigan is not very helpful. I bought a pair of shoes here and the size must have ran small or something. Anyhow, I brought the shoes back because they were too small for me and a customer service representative said that they could give me in-store credit for the shoes because I didn't have the actual receipt with me. But then shortly after decided that no, I couldn't return them all together because the souls had been a bit worn.. not very worn but with some dirt at the bottom. I really hate when one person says that they can do something and then management says they can do nothing at all. They should have just got a manager in the first place"
