"Came in earlier today on 1/18/24 and found everything we were looking for but Caitlyn at the register ruined the whole experience with a horrible attitude. She was not friendly at all, barely greeted us, and overall made the transaction uncomfortable."
"Yesterday, on 1.17.24, I went to exchange one of my purchases. My refund was $14. I find it highly inappropriate for Caitlyn, the cashier, to have displayed a negative attitude from the start of the transaction, culminating in her statement, "Do I even want my $14 back since I can't afford anything at the store and go to Dollar Tree instead?" This behavior is unprofessional and offensive. Cashiers should maintain a respectful demeanor, and such comments are not acceptable. I hope management sees this review and takes appropriate action against such behavior."

"This place is very nice I visited this morning and needed some assistance. The gentleman working in the golf dept. Went out of his way to help me on the other side of the store (a different dept.). He went as far as going to the store room to see if what I needed was there. Which it was and I'm very grateful for his help and great customer service. More places need employees like this."
