"I almost got fired from meijer's after buses being late or go pick up somebody else, i never ride those buses anymore."
"Never been on the bus and never will be. Had me standing outside for 40 minutes and said they would be there in a few minutes."
"Hundreds of us appreciate this service and could not live without it. The employees work under high stress daily and they are very nice. Yes, it can be frustrating because of long waits, but it is not their fault, since 2020 they are very understaffed because no one wants to work. That is not the fault of the employees. They do a great job."
"I don't have a vehicle so I have to ride all the time well most the drivers are horrible at driving the bus fell like I'm being flung all over with most drivers. They also seem to only have like 3 nice workers my girls only like 2. Some can be rude and I'm always nice to all of the workers. There is one that works phones that is rude and they don't pick up phone I'm order like they say. Phone would just ring and ring so I'd use a 2nd phone and they would pick up call the 2nd phone not the 1st one that was ringing for over 3 minutes"
"I've had 2 very negative encounters with them. The last time was the worst and I have waited 2 months before I posted this to make sure my feelings were out of the way. I called to ask for a ride to Rite Aid (had to pick up a prescription as I was newly diagnosed with cancer)after I gave her my address and said I needed to go to Rite Aid; I went to ask her a couple questions because it was my first time using dial a ride (second attempt I couldn't figure out why I had anxiety about calling this time) she hung up on me. So I called back to ask her my questions. One being if I had to have cash or could I use my PayPal card on the bus? The second one was I was wondering if they waited for me to run in and get my prescription or do I have to call for a ride back. I don't think that was too much. She was so rude to me I just told her to cancel my request. Not everyone knows how to use Dial A Ride and I personally know people who have really bad anxiety, have no other option but to use your services and are treated very rudely for whatever reason. I'm sorry that I didn't know how it worked and I'm sorry I even asked. I will never attempt it again. My worry is for the people that have no choice but to use the bus. That are treated like I was and are unable to stand up for themselves. What if someone who was thinking of harming themselves (or someone else) wanted a ride to CMH so they could handle these types of feelings and end up being treated like I did? At this point I don't care about me. I'm leaving this review for the people that are unable to or don't know how to stick up for their selves. Shame on you Dial A Ride!"
