"Slow, not very helpful. Have to buy a water instead of getting a glass of water. Guy behind the counter said “I don’t recommend drinking from the tap either”, with a disgusted look on his face. If I can’t drink the water, what are you washing your hands and dishes with? We didn’t eat. Went elsewhere."
"Horrible experience. Chicken nuggets were so dry and hard they were not edible, and the salad was slimy and brown. We called and they said that they would give us points for a free pizza from their location at a future date, even after we explained we were in from another state. We even asked if they would re-deliver a better product or give us a refund - nope. So disappointing."

Ordered for pick up because I'd been wanting Pizza Hut for a long time but we live too far away for delivery. Got home, opened the box, and it looked like someone had done the dizzy bat race before adding the toppings to our pizza. I will order again eventually, but hopefully next time is better."
