"This is a great rental place. The equipment is always in good working order and clean. The one time I did have an issue with a machine, the staff was very accommodating and refunded the rental without question. Completely remodeled showroom and exterior. It's very well lit, clean, and organized. The animals in the showroom are a fun decorating touch. It's a good local business to support."

"Advertised 19.99 per day + miles (&gas) yet still trying to charge me 700 dollars for 4 days($80) 293 miles X . 69 $202.17 & gas($116 I Believe is what their quote says)..... Doesn't add up. Had to lock my card to stop the charges. Can't get any answer via email or anyone to return my calls"

"This company is predatory. Stay away. I rented a U-Haul trailer on Saturday morning for $39 and was told it needed to be back early Sunday morning (despite them being closed from 5 Saturday until 8 Monday), and that I'd receive a text with after-hours instructions. When I clicked on the text it said it was expired and gave no further info. I brought the trailer back on Saturday evening and left it where I'd picked it up. I got an invoice Monday morning for $140. When I asked the reason I was told that I hadn't followed checkin procedures. The trailer was in place, required no cleaning, and cost the company no lost revenue. Why would a reasonable company that cared about its customers do this?"

"This was the unit I rented for a birthday party. I called ahead and communication was pretty good, once I came to pick it up at the time they said was the least busiest (to be nice I asked ahead of time) we waited in the heat without ac for a good 45 minutes for a helper to partially load this into my truck AFTER he delt with his baby momma drama in front of my 8 year old son who happened to be the reason for this rental (birthday). The castle was really dank and dirty piled into an overflowing dripping heap on a very well abused pallet, we spent around 1.5 hours cleaning prior to it being able to be used. When we returned it we easily kept it clean and folded it onto the pallet the way it should have came. This was reported to the gentleman behind the desk and he seemed surprised and said sorry. I would recommend this company take some customer service classes and respect people's events and money and take pride or some efforts to ensure a quality rental is available. 2 stars because the rental times were flexible and the castle once we were able to get rid of the dank moldy smell actually was pretty fun."
