"This place is completely worthless! 1 star is way more than the deserve. Brought in vehicle to get aligned and 5 minutes later they call and say they cant align it as it has the wrong parts in it. I have been a mechanic for 40 years and they try telling me that its wrong. You better go back to school boys because you have no fricking idea what you are looking at. Service writers are a bunch of worthless douche bags"
"Absolutely piss poor service. Call to try and get a tire fixed and immediately put on hold only to be hung up on after 2 mins. Call back to get the same treatment, then after another hold get told its a two week wait to fix a nail in a tire. Ridiculous."

"Had tires installed on my rabbit edition GTI, tires are great as they’re all season performance tires but the people who installed them have left me unsatisfied and left me to fix things out of my own pocket. Not only did they ding my wheels and chip paint but they stole/lost one of my tire pressure caps and they left the adhesive from the old wheel weights. Usually wouldn’t be a major deal to just replace the cap but since it’s a special edition car my caps have a little bunny on them. When I went to pick up the car excess sealant on the wheels were covering the chips almost to hide the fact they were damaged. I was not told of any of this and when I called to get things sorted they just deny everything and I was told to remove the adhesive from the wheels my self (would that not mess with the balancing of the wheels?). I understand things happen and would not be as upset if they were clear with me and informed me of these issues upfront. Very upset one of my bunnies is missing and would like to be contacted to address these issues other than telling me it’s not Belle Tires problem."
"Have a slow leak in a tire (that I purchased at Belle Tire and included full service warranty.) They continuously say they can’t find the leak, which means that every couple weeks, I have to put air in the tire. And now, their air pump is out of order."
