"Worst napa location ive ever been to as far as customer service. I called for a head gasket set for an inboard engine, which is identical to a car engine. Was told they couldn't look it up but i found the part number on Google in less than a minute. It was substantially more than its automotive counterpart. Turns out the intake gasket was incorrect for my year boat. When i went back they immediately responded with i gave them the part number and was out of luck. Autozone service with 2x autozone prices. If that the service i can expect ill take my business back to Allegan where they actually know how to use the catalogs to look up the parts to ensure their customer gets the proper one and stand by their service. I even asked out using the catalogs literally behind them and the look i got was as if i asked them for a taco."
