"Ordered items online - they weren't in the pick-up area that Office Depot check out stated it would be in (the site specifically asks where you want to pick your print order up at). The Manager asks what I'm doing while I'm looking for my order.... I tell him. He says it's in the other area. I try to explain that's not where it's supposed to be -- he was rude and not helpful. I asked for his name -- he refused to give his name. I asked two other employees for help and they seemed scared of him and refused to help identify him. Horrible experience. It seems that Office Depot wants people to shop elsewhere."
