"Please do your research before purchasing anything from this company. The quality of the items Sleep Number sells in no way justifies the cost. I bought a mattress in 2020 and paid $2300. In October 2023 I ended up needing to purchase replacement parts and have a technician come out because the bed kept deflating, rendering it useless. For this I paid $367.07 because of the air chamber and technician cost. Fast forward to February 2024 again the mattress is deflating. If it’s the same problem as last time I’ll get away with spending only $150 on technician fees. But if it’s the air pump I’ll be paying $298.62 plus the $150 technician fee. Mind you I am a single woman that keeps the sleep number the same and rarely uses the adjustable back settings. I was not prepared to be continuously pumping money into a 4 year old mattress. Please don’t make the same mistake as me and trust Sleep Number. I feel like they really took advantage of me by not communicating how long the components on their products realistically last. And how much time and effort would go into things like waiting for deliveries and technicians to come out. And customer service will not follow up with you on anything, you will need to keep calling to get anything done. All around bad experience and would not recommend them to ANYONE!"
