"Spotty. Sometimes great. Sometimes nothing. Usually a nice selection of furniture in good condition. Reasonable prices on household items. Tons of clothing."
"Well-stocked with clothing, but a bit sparse on furniture and housewares. Not their fault, as they rely entirely on donations. Employees will are friendly and helpful. Wheelchair accessible, but there are no public restrooms. The main enticements to shop here are the sales and manager specials. For instance, senior discount (Wednesdays) is 50%, not 20% like most places. Today, all clothing was $2 unless tagged cheaper, and furniture was 25% off. Most coffee cups are 49¢ every day, and most clear water glasses are 99¢. Flatware (aka "silverware") is extremely inexpensive at 5/$1, but selection is hit-or-miss (only table knives and a few forks today). They often have an odd assortment of new items near the registers. Today there were a few high-end new shoes at various prices, an assortment of small medical items, and a bin full of Calvin Klein eyeglass hard cases. The glasses cases were white only, many still in packaging; only 99¢ each. I left very happy, having purchased two sweatshirts, two glasses cases, and the cutest coffee cup ever (owl) for just $6.86. **If you find more treasures than you've budgeted for, they accept major credit cards."
"I came in here and they are definitely not thrift stores prices. They had a used bedroom set for $1200! It was def. Not worth this much. A manager told me they raised prices because people will pay for it because they are donating to the homeless. I asked him well what if I were buying this and was poor? In which he replied "we'll work with you". Beware here it is very fishy business. And they don't have great items."
"These people are amazing. I want to give a special thank you to the person in charge. I am not from the area and went in shopping. I purchased a few things and went to pay, but my card didn't go through and I didn't have any cash on me. I showed that I did have money in my account, and the owner said it has to do with my bank. I told him I can go back to get cash but I am 30 min away and he then just took the money out from his pocket and paid the amount for me! Even though it wasn't a lot, he thanked me for coming in and said happy holidays! I asked if anyone had venmo or cash app or if he had it and no one did, and he said not to worry about it. He knew the drive there and back would most likely be as much as the amount I was paying. God bless him and everyone in that store and my friend if you are reading this, you are an angel and have made me see that there truly are beautiful souls still out there. God bless you all!"
"This place used to be emptier. (I read that empty review, or I mean the review that said empty space in it.) Now I was in there more recently and there was a lot of items! I was surprised. A lot of irons, and this place seems to have kitchen items that people, like you, I, or your neighbor May use in the kitchen. Which is good for myself, and others. There were movies I think on VHS or DVDs there and a wooden rack full of cassette music. I think it's one of the most filled up places right now in that area. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I haven't had a bad experience there. I hope this place stays open. The family dollar closed down. I really hope that doesn't cause a domino effect or affect. I'm thinking it won't. I'm going to keep having good thoughts about this place and the other places over there. Thanks for all of the service over the years so far."
