"Not even worth a star. I have purchased the bedroom furniture set couple months before the wedding, which was in July of 2021. However, Seller Jefferey said I will have everything by end of the year. This is when all HELL started. Everything started getting pushed back and some of the partial delivery I get comes broken. Delivery people just drop the item and try to leave when I can see clearly the drawer sets are broken. Even bed frame they just screw the hell without looking at the instruction. Some were installed with wrong screw and could not be disassembled. Also, some of the screws were grinded which I could not turn any more to take off the screw. Even the people who came from CHICAGO pick up the broken furniture said People delivering at Detroit location always do this and they get the blame. Seller Jefferey instead of taking responsibility he avoided. I got sick and tired of waiting, because my wife was pregnant and didn't want her to sleep with the bed on the floor. I have been calling months and months demanding for refund. I have purchased the bedroom set on Madison Heights Location and found out the Seller Jefferey has moved to Novi Location. I call both places, only thing they would say is there is nothing they can do because furniture's are delivered. Delivery people deliver the furniture broken, what the hell do you mean there is nothing you can do? I have called been calling the place over a month and finally got me through corporate office and I got full refund. I went to crate and barrel immediately and got the furniture I wanted in 3 months. DON'T BUY FURNITURES FROM THIS PLACE."
