"I love Novi KinderCare! My son started going here when he was 10 months old (now 28 months). From the start, I have had a wonderful experience with them. When I finally got the call to go back into the office, I had about a week and a half notice and had to find a daycare quickly. Tori was great with a quick response and offering a tour via zoom to help me get acquainted with the place on such short notice. And there was no problem getting my son enrolled in such a short timeframe. She has always been wonderful with getting back quickly on any questions I've had. They have great flexibility around scheduling, and any time I've needed to make an adjustment to our scheduled days, it's never been an issue (even on the rare last-minute changes). I have nothing but kind words to say about all the teachers we've had during his time here (though his favorite is still Ms Pam!!), and I cannot recommend this location enough to any prospective parent!! ❤️"
