"There are many things to do within Hines Park. There are multiple access points where fishing and kayaking are possible. Come late November you are able to tour the light fest which is Christmas fun for everyone. It's a versatile unique park with a wide expanse through multiple Metro Detroit cities."

"I enjoy the Lightfest but they make enough money to add new lights, something different . Year after year it’s the same thing. Some lights going out, come on do better! This is a yearly tradition for my daughter and charge more if that will help you put forth more effort"

"Driving through the light fest every Christmas is a must see! For $5 per car you drive through a good stretch of Holiday lights and decorations. We love to pack the car up with snacks and hot chocolate and go. Fun for all ages!"

"I drove through the Wayne County Christmas Lights in Hines Park. I have not been through the display in a few years and was amazed how many new features had been added. I would recommend taking the kids, since it is $5.00 per car. They now have two food trucks, where the restrooms are located, serving hot chocolate and donuts. Always a great place to go during the holidays."
