"Disc golf tournament was fun. I liked the layout of the holes. They favor forehand or left handed players a little more than conventional but that makes for a nice challenge."
"Beautiful County Park, especially in the fall. $3 to get in, well worth it. Many hiking trails to choose from, hard and soft surfaces. Shelters to rent for parties."
"Nice mature park... plenty of trees to cool things down and provide relief from that blistering sun, there are walking and bike trails, archery, volleyball, a $2 golf course, spaciously large manicured fields presumably for soccer, there's a chapel, a 3 story observation tower, bathrooms were a bit primitive in my opinion. Drinking fountains were turned off and covered. Because of COVID probably. So getting water for yourself or your dog was impossible if you didn't bring it with you. The entry fee only $3 with plenty of activities for the whole family. The day we visited there was a youth day camp going on that looked like fun. What was REALLY cool about this park, was in all the pavilions we saw had huge pit fireplaces that vented up through the roof. This would be especially fun for girl/boy scouts at night. Too bad there's no camping... it would be a great place for that because of all the picnic tables and spots for day camping and picnicking."
