"I started a job in the fall of 2022. I had a unilock district rep named Mitch, who didn't know anything about the products, be the guy helping with my product questions. I thought it was odd that myself, a contractor, knew more about their products than their rep did. It got to the point that I had to call the old district rep Shaun for the proper information. I bought pallet of brick in the fall of 2022 and I needed another pallet in the spring of 2023. The colors do not match. I drove to unilock to see if they had a brick to match the color. Mike Rafferty, a territory manager, told me I should have bought 3 pallets and blended them... I didn't need 3 pallets and I didn't know how much I needed, but since I was dealing with a high end brick manufacturer, I wasn't concerned that their color would change so drastically. Mike told me that the colors change over time. I find this funny bc from what I understand, the EndureaColors are not supposed to fade... This is in contrast with what their design consultant Shaun told me (actually the only person who has helped me)... He said he knew more than Shaun because he has worked there for 20 years compared to Shaun's 10. I told Mike "we chose unilock because I thought they were a high end brick manufacturer, I guess I was wrong". He replied "you must have been." Mike was very arrogant and didn't seem to care that I have spent about $30k in brick on this particular job. They didn't offer any help, all they did was game me fore their terrible quality control. Luckily I drove around for hours and found an older pallet. I won't ever buy another unilock product after this job."

"MY experience @ Unilock has been rather Unique, & Incredibly Rewarding! I first was introduced to Unilock when I was searching for employment. That was approximately 14 months ago. The process for getting ME in was rather unordinary, because the H.R. person was not in @ the time I was applying. A Senior Supervisor interviewed ME, & decided to bring ME in! It has been uphill from there!"

"Okay so this showplace or showroom is one of the nicest places I have been to to look at stone, brick, rocks or any kind of landscape setup to figure out your patio, Lanai or back yard. It's amazing how they set up the area that you can see where different products and names are displayed for you to look at. Whoever runs this place did a spectacular job setting it up so you could define their products"
