He's is so hard to deal with that I would recommend driving all the way to Taylor or Redford to get what you need. It actually felt like trying to pick a lock dealing with the guy. The funny thing is that it wasn't just once it has been every time I go in there. As I contractor I don't have time for headaches like that."
