"Target misdelivered my son’s Christmas gift and it was his most important gift. I did not get it still nor did not get a refund. Never again. I’m trying this on 1/2/23. I was finally refunded my money after 5-7 days."

"Made a pick up order 1 shirt today from this target today. I arrived at the store early for pick up. Upon arrival I was told I needed to wait 2 hours until the order was ready. Given that it was a single shirt, I made my way through target, picked the shirt that I purchased through the app and brought it up to the guest services. I was told I’d have to wait the 2 hours regardless of the shirt being there or not due to them being “backed up”. Left and came back 2 hours later in which the store employee by the name of “Brandon” approached me at the guest services desk and began to aggressively shout that my order was canceled due to the shirt being “out of stock”. He then proceeded to offer me a 15% discount for the same shirt if I payed here and there. After asking him for the shirt to purchase, he begins to aggressively question if I would pay for the shirt and even demanded that I go back in the store and bring another shirt to him because he had misplaced the one I brought earlier. The same shirt that was supposedly “out of stock”. I ended up leaving with no shirt and wasted 2 hours of time over $30 bucks. Embarrassing and unacceptable. The store employee showed an extreme lack of professionalism and competence throughout the whole interaction. The “Pick-up” service is offered to the consumer for ease and convenience. In this case, the store associate “Brandon” was not being able to effectively manage and render the service appropriately. I will NOT be returning customer."

"The store itself was very clean and organized, overall really good experience on that end. Only leaving this review because of one employee, Branden, who was very disrespectful and loud when addressing another employee. He was exclaiming for her to “come up front no one told you to go off and do this task, make it make sense” and scolding her in front of customers causing a huge scene. He had also announced over the speaker that the time was 9:30 and that people should head up front to check out when it was actually only around 9:00. I understand wanting people to wrap it up in a timely fashion but he just overall was very unprofessional and embarrassed another employee. Not sure what the situation was but I don’t think the way he spoke to her was warranted."

"Waited 20 minutes for curbside groceries, which is forgiveable, except it was 92 degrees out, so I had to run the a/c. I live 20 miles from this Target. First thing I noticed was the missing bags of ice cream. Then I noticed all food I was planning to make for dinner tonight was missing too. In fact, after unpacking, I was missing 11 out of 25 items. And I was charged for EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. Sure, they refunded my card. But what a PITA! I mean, how hard is it to pull groceries, on a printed list, an order made 15 hours prior, for 2 employees?! They were nice, but how good is being cordial when you're paying for items not received? Target not doing their jobs. Plus, they gave me Bella Mushrooms that were so expired, they had turned black and were leaking. See pics. Then I also ordered 2 gallons of milk. Both expire in 2 days. You can't get much worse than this. I have 0 reasons to ever use this Target again. If you do grocery pick-up, make sure to diligently check that what you PAID for you actually RECEIVED. I sure didn't."

"One stop shopping! Really you can find everything you need here at target. Not the biggest selection of groceries but certainly you can find the everyday sundries that you are looking for. Then you can go play a complete outfit including footwear socks draws pants shorts I mean everything! But wait I need a cutting board mixing bowls spatulas new cutlery hell even some frying pans! No I need some sporting equipment. Baseball bat tennis racket racquetballs fishing rods fishing licenses!"
