"This place is just okish… my child goes here just because. They are raising their tuition again claiming they are the cheapest around the area but when you visit the other facilities the outside environment is an A+, the inside and of the others look welcoming and extremely kid friendly. Honestly, the daycare looks like a regular basement. The only thing is my child likes two of the teachers there… and those two seem to be the most in tuned. They just raised tuition and 90 percent of the time their service is sub par . It’s not a dangerous environment but it’s honestly at the bottom of the list. Their service didn’t get better the owners need to assess the entire place from the cleanliness of the area outside of the building to the redecorate and organizing. I feel that they are just greedy and cheap, at least make the place look like a daycare. I decided on there because budget was on range, they increased my stayed , now again. I’ll be looking elsewhere I hope other parents do too… I’m sure their workers are underpaid so that’s why their staff is revolving. They probably pay $10 an hour min and it’s not easy to watch kids… sometimes I meet the owner and she wouldn’t even say hi"
"So as parents we've all heard the terrifying stories about daycare. I truly want wasn't sure what to expect or what to look for when looking into daycare for my son. I was pleasantly surprised and overjoyed when we toured Premier Children Center. The owners are actively involved, the staff are all amazing. They address any concerns promptly. The website allows for immediate communication and updates including pictures and video throughout the day. They have become family to us over the last year. Thank you Patty and everyone for being the outstanding caregivers and teachers that you are!"
"This daycare was not my favorite. Here is why: The staff is a revolving door. They have summer help (which we enjoyed these workers) but they leave to go to school. They can't keep a director (had 3 in our 3 months there). Our favorite teacher left to visit her family in Western Asia and was gone for the majority of the time we were there (no communication about her leaving - I had to ask). She is coming back in January, but we didn't want to wait until she got back. The staff doesn't seem that happy. Doesn't seem like the greatest work environment. They have multiple shift changes during the day. Our daughter rarely had any issues while the main teacher was there, but that teacher would leave around 2-2:30p and this is when all the issues would arise. My daughter started potty training a month into her time here. We went with the "no diaper" PT method. At home she was rarely having accidents. At this facility, she would have 2-4 almost everyday. It would usually happen right after the shift change. Since changing daycares, my daughter has only had 1 accident in 3 WEEKS! Makes me think they weren't paying enough attention to my daughter (I say this because she will have accidents at home if we aren't giving her enough attention). As others have mentioned, the food they serve here is not the greatest. My daughter developed a liking for sugary and salty foods after attending here. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because we voiced our concerns about a few things and they did improve with communication and tried their best to help, but I just don't think they have the capacity here. Unfortunately, they are one of the few reasonably priced daycares in the area. Of all the lower priced daycares, this was probably the best one. But if you can afford it, I would look elsewhere."
"This place was not good. They did not meet the standards we expected from a daycare they identifies itself as Montessori. Communication and updates from staff was almost non-existent at the start, until we specifically requested they start updating us on our child. Even after that, updates would come hours after lunches or potty or accidents, and time stamps were often wrong. We were lucky to get even one picture a day of our kid. The lunches they served are not nutritious or varied. Lot of times it was pizza or chicken fingers. Arts and crafts never seemed like they were made by our child…the skill needed to make them was beyond her level, but they would have her name on them. Our child seemed to progress very little in skills and even reverted during her time there. The program did not meet the standards you’d expect from a place that called itself a Montessori center Most concerning of all, was our daughter used to love daycare and be confident when she was at Kindercare. Once she started at Premier we noticed a change in her behavior. She hated going every morning, cried all the time, didn’t have any real friends there. Even the frequency of her potty accidents increased. And then our 6 month old, his second day at the center they sent him home claiming he had diarrhea when we looked it was just loose poop because he was breastfed. After that, we quit the center, started at a new daycare and already we are seeing our daughter return to her normal happy self. The new daycare has already given us more pictures in a day than we would get in a week from Premier. I would not recommend this place to any parent."
"After initially reviewing Premier Children's Center five years ago when I first enrolled my daughter, I thought it best to update my review on the child care center. As previously mentioned, I'm glad I came across such a great center. My middle child loved her time there and graduated from there last year where she is now in Kindergarten. She was taught by a Montessori led teacher which was beneficial to her in starting elementary school. They always made sure to work with her even with her speech impairment. Seeing that my daughter was benefiting from the center so much, I enrolled my son as well. He's been a part of the center for almost 2 years now. They have helped him with potty training, they send updates on the centers app regarding his potty breaks, meals and naps. They even send pictures which I love! The staff is friendly and I know if I were to have an issue, the owners and director would address it promptly which is always reassuring. I definitely recommend Premier Children's Center if you're looking for a safe childcare center that loves and cares for your children."
