"Cute shop! Well thought out with a lot of vertical merchandising. Made a purchase to add to one of our collections. Staff person was charming and kind. The checkout experience left a lot to be desired. Management needs to invest in better technology. Honestly, that one minor thing was annoying enough to color our thinking about returning. I don’t mind the added 3% for debit/credit card transactions (even though it is pandemic riddled 2022, and everyone knows cash is filthy), but for Pete’s sake, make sure your 3% premium card processing technology actually works, please."
