"I’m disappointed. I purchased a bathroom faucet to put in this evening and when I got home the whole unit was clearly used and missing parts so it was returned to the store at some point and whatever clerk who received this didn’t look at this before returning it to the shelves."

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I drove hour to this location to pick up 25 of a item they said they had 52 of in stock. Needless to say when I arrived they only had 5 and said 2 weeks to get more :( Furthermore they just kinda giggled and schrugged it off with no compensation. Now Im out $100 in gas and lost time , not to mention im unable to complete a important job. WISH THERE WAS MENARDS IN OUR TOWN!"

She went above and beyond in getting us a wash machine quickly and then the next day we had to have a part that we destroyed by accident and she helped us order that then too. Much appreciated Nancy."

"I spent almost $12k on new sliding patio doors about a year and a half ago. I’ve had the installers back 3 times since the original install to correct poor workmanship. There is water damage on my second floor ceiling due to the incorrect install of one of the sliding doors. Home Depot fails to properly acknowledge their poor quality and workmanship. Also, be very wary of their sales people, they will try to lie to you and sell you the most expensive product to paid their pockets. This matter has not been fully resolved, unfortunately I have filed for litigation against Home Depot. Please save your time and money and go to Rycenga’s, Menards or even Lowes."
