"Lee and Birch is a cute and trendy boutique. However, their customer service could use some work. I recently purchased a item that broke before getting used. Living out of town I thought I could just return the item when I came back for another visit. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case they wouldn’t return my money or replace the broken item. So sad that they don’t stand behind their retail. I won’t return, or add them to my air bnb list of shopping recommendations."
