"Stand by their product. Bought a alpine S-w12 that seemed to have fried the voice coil. User error or defective part I'm not sure but I do know they did warranty it out. They Just asked the basics of what amp and what ohm i had it at. I told them and then with in 10 mins I had a new speaker to replace it. I also even got to talk to them, about possible causes, they gave me some pointers on what could have cause it. Like amp clipping. Told me what I should do to set it right. I really do Appreciate them and tech audio is where i will be going for all of my future purchases and questions!"
