Everyone I came in contact with, from Matt at the front desk, to the service individual that helped me put the generator on the back of my truck. Everyone was super friendly and approachable. "Party was Sunday Setting up tables 30 minutes ahead of time (was raining in the am party at 11 am) They gave us high top poles for our tables should have been the shorter ones that fit the chairs that we also rented We had to scramble to get two 6’ long tables because the party was about to start When we returned them Monday and told the supervisor our problem she had the attitude of “well too bad” you should have called the after hours number… There was no time to do that Sunday morning…as I told her Maybe a refund… didn’t really care about the money … they weren’t that expensive but it put a real pinch on the party and accommodating my guests … couldn’t use the table coverings I had custom made"
