"Fantastic experience with Wright Way! Service was top notch from start to finish. We picked out some new carpet for our upstairs bedrooms and to our surprise, the gentleman helping us knew the house because they installed the original flooring in it in 1968! The installation crew was out in 10 days and showed up in a nice clean van. They removed the old carpet and did a fantastic job installing the new. Everything is nice and straight, super tight, and the edges are neatly finished. They got it done within a couple of hours and didn’t leave a mess at all. They even left us the leftover carpet in case we need to patch or match over the years, but I expect this carpet to hold up for a long time. It seems like a super high quality material."

"Guy in the front was rude and short with us. Came in trying to buy glue for flooring he said since we didn’t buy the flooring from him that he didn’t want to send much time talking. I explained that the customer bought flooring from somewhere else and we just need the right glue witch we were trying to buy from them definitely won’t be going here for anything in the future."

"Hours state open until 4pm on Saturday, I was excited to tour their showroom, I got there at 1:20 pm and they are closed. Why advertise your hours when you don't stand behind them. Very disheartening to drive 45 minutes for a wasted trip."
