This last time- a lady helped me- I came in about a half hour before close. I have to drive an hour to get there- and traffic isn’t always kind. She helped me get the right coating_ and introduced me to carbide tools. I appreciate being treated well- and I love my new hobby. No amount of online shopping can replace when you get from visiting a brick and mortar store with knowledgeable staff that love the hobby. Within the first few days - I’ve already sold 2 pens, and the lady wants 3 more. Thank you for the amazing experience"
