"Lately the quality of service has rapidly declined. I placed numerous pre orders for amiibo and was never called when they arrived. I went to pick up the day after one was released and they supposedly never received it and I was told to check back in a few days. When I went back 3 days later I was then told all their stock had been sold. When I questioned why my pre order was sold I was simply told well someone must not have checked before selling it, after backtracking on telling me I waited to long to pick up when I didn't. The pre order I picked up before this was also special. I had to wait 30 minutes as the employee was on break and they shut down the store. While waiting I noticed the employee was sitting in their car smoking, which I quickly discovered was pot when I walked in the store after the employee. I gave the employee my receipt and they went and grabbed my pre order, handed it to me, and told me I was all set. I had only paid the $5 deposit, so I questioned him and told him that. Had I not had a conscience, I could have saved myself $40. Hindsight is 20:20 because this company has no problem screwing you over, so I guess I won't think twice in the future doing the same. This is not the first time I have had this problem and been told to kick rocks. Neither the store itself nor GameStop corporate will offer store credit or any form of compensation for the inconvenience."
