"Would not trust this business at all! Had them put carpeting in 4 bedrooms of our house. Installer put two holes in the wall of one of our rooms. I talked to them over and over, by phone stopped at the store. I was always told the needed to talk to somebody else, needed to talk to the installer. Said they needed to come look at the damage, but would not commit to setting a time or date. Eventually, I just gave up dealing with the run around they gave me. They do not stand behind their work!"

"I researched a couple of flooring places around the area for a large project. Total costs are very comparable in the area, so we ultimately decided on Floor Plans based on their level of service and professionalism. We also felt they offered a more quality carpet for the price. The further we go into the project, the happier I am really. I've been working with Dave primarily and he has been very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process. They have a couple of installers they use, and while I can't remember exactly who they sent for phase 1 of our project, I want to point out that he did a great job! Very professional and did quality & timely work (pics included of the completed). We are looking forward to the next phase of our project and already thinking of future projects. All in all, highly recommend!!!!"
