"The product is excellent. The only complaint is that I received the system with no paperwork- no packing list, no installation instructions, tips, or markings on the piping to indicate which side. No big deal there, I'll figure it out. but I do think it would be a great help to have a guide as to hanger placement and orientation, etc. I'm sure eventually I'll find the correct placement but it would have been nice to have offered. Thanks"
