"We always drive to the Shelby Twp. Walmart auto center. They are a great group of hard working professional men. We would drive miles to get to that store in Michigan. We have been to others & they could never compete with how organized -polite- helpful Group of men working there. I already called Walmart main office & told them of our wonderful experience & the fact we have made our appointments only at that store on 23 mile near van Dyke Ave. They all need to be rewarded. Our appt was on time & they still managed to work on 3 other people. Thank you - We will always drive to that store for any auto repairs & help purchasing what we need."

"I waited for 5 hours for 2 tires and they made a mistake again, they put old tires on me, I went home, I saw them when I came back, they said there was a mistake, I have to wait another 2 hours all day for 2 tires Nov 26:23"

"I came to get an oil change. The write up person was nice but not very knowledgeable (he is the one at the counter photo) and has poor listening. In the process of the conversation the question of what type of oil would I like to select and I was not sure, at that point I indicated I would likfservice and would select a oil by the time my vehicle was about to be serviced and went to sit in the waiting area since I turned over the keys to the counter person. About 10 minutes another customer came in and was written up for service. Afterwards I told the counter person my selection of oil thinking I was already written up, to my surprise I was at the back of the line. At that point I asked for a manager and Elvis (Blue shirt on the right) was was not empathetic and unhelpful. Asked for another manager and at first he said he was it and after pressing got the name Julie. If a Walmart rep reads please contact."

"Cheapest most trusted way to get an oil change. You can buy any type of oil you’d like and pay a flat labor fee or use their bulk grade if it’s the correct weight. I bring my 2015 Porsche Macan and 2016 Audi Q3 and picked the highest quality oil and filter. They are kind and the prices are fixed as they are corporate. Go somewhere else and be subjected to arbitrary prices. Most of the negative reviews on here are from folks upset at their car needing service and taking it out on the people trying to help them. Try to mentally equip yourself for life so you can problem solve obstacles in front of you instead of reacting negatively to every event. Dave and Hallie are super sweet and Bud the mechanic is a pro!"
