"I asked for one thing got the complete opposite. I wanted white chrome got black charcoal color. Told her not what I wanted then she charged me extra 15$ ended up asking for white with silver sparkles for colorful sparkles and white color turned yellow seconds after horrible service the other color was still stuck under my nail polish and shows thru the back."

"Only the two males there do decent nails. I let the older lady do my overlay & she didn’t put any acrylic on the tips of nails so my nails starting breaking. She already put the wrong color on my nails, half polished them & i overlooked that but having my nails lasting only a week is horrible and never happened until I let that rude lady touch my nails. Went back and she was very rude when I explained to her. I told her I want a cut down and color change. She says I only need to fix the two nails. No ma’am, have two nails that are way shorter than the rest. She tried to push me off on another worker who I could tell was mad at her by the way she was talking. The second worker said she didn’t know if she could help me. Male employee just tells me to sit down! I have never been treated this rude by a shop in my life! Will never return!"
