"Received pedicure and fill in. Only pleased by the pedicure done by the gentleman in the 3rd seat from the door. The young lady in the middle did my nails. She was careless and rude. Argued about the service I wanted. I read other reviews after my service about the drilling, which is true. She drilled my thumb until it burned, was unapologetic, and blamed it on something other than her carelessness. She rushed and seemed very nonchalant. Do not recommend it. Will not return."

"It was the worse experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. It definitely was my last option . Qwan did my nails. First booth when you walk in. A simple white fill in turned into him putting white shellac on top because it was so terrible. And even after he laughed and said “give me 5 star” I wouldn’t go here! Half of everyone don’t know what they doing. WORSE WORSE WORSE."

"First off. I was the only customer in here on a Tuesday! The lady sat me down didn’t even give me a menu to ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. I always go and get an deluxe pedicure anywhere I go because not only do I go to a salon to have pretty nails and toes! But I also go for the experience and customer service and complementary wine. She off top thought I wanted a basic pedicure. And after I seen how nasty they were, I changed my mind about drinking anything there. As she was doing my toes she cut my right big toe way too short and was throwing polish on my toes any kind of way and only let the UV LIGHT sit for literally 2seconds on each toes. I was livid. I then told her I do not want my nails done. Mind you before I sat down to get my toes done, I simply said I wanted my nails SOAKED off and she still proceeded to take a different nail to pop my nails off. I said NOOOO SOAK THEM OFF THAT HURTS! I should have left then. But I left after my toes were done. Still charged me for a soak off and left with acrylic still on my nails. The guy asked me did I want my nails done I said not at all sir. There’s no one here and she rushing and doing an horrible job! I bet my polish starts peeling tomorrow!!!!! She rudely asked no cash like I was going to giver her a tip!!!! Not with that service and I always tip no little but a nice tip. I was highly unsatisfied. And I highly do not recommend this place. Don’t even waste ya time or money!!!!!!! That last photo the polish isn’t even layered enough!!! Make me sick!!!! If I could leave no stars I would."
