"These people are rude and racist. I strongly suggest to not come here .. I gave these people more than one chance incase they were just having a bad day but the guy at the front probably the owner keeps yelling and then him and his coworkers are constantly saying rude remarks and shouting in Japanese language.. I came to fix one nail where the shellac Came off and he said get the hell out of here go somewhere else and his workers said they can fix it but he said no go somewhere else because.. even with his rudeness I said please just fill in one bail he kept saying no he had no customers in the store and inside.. no customers would want to see how he treated me.. this business deserves to be shut down.. he was upset because I did not originally do the nails the day before with him as I was out of state and came to fill it in.. and the last time I did my nails with him shellac they peeled off 2 days later and I came to fix it and he charged me same price as I did.. I should not have given them another chance.. go to a salon who know how to talk to people"

"THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. They have terrible customer service & whoever gets a manicure PLEASE BE CAREFUL. The guy cleaned the cuticle cleaner with alcohol and I proceeded to ask if it was used and he said YES. I asked him not to use it on my hands because I don’t want any germs or infections. At the end he still wanted to charge me 35$ when it’s actually 25$ if you don’t get your cuticles cleaned. He argued with me saying me having my hands in the water bowl is 35$ even without cleaning my cuticles. I asked for the manager as he was screaming in my face & the manager was embarrassed as to how his employee admitted to it being used. I handed him 25$ because lord knows he was too rude for a tip. As I walked out they were all yelling and he told me not come back. Luckily I don’t live in Michigan so that won’t be an issue! This place is really dirty & you should be careful of infections, etc."

"I went for a fill in. He did not remove the clear polish before he started and only filled the red, not the black. He did not even put the clear coat of acrylic on the ombre like he suppose to. He said he was done and wanted to put clear polish. I asked if he could fix the black tip bc it has red on it.. And He kicked me out looking like this."

"I recently switched to this nail salon and I’m very satisfied with Tony’s professionalism, accurate work and patience. Will be returning and I recommend (ask for Tony though I’m not sure of the others)"
