"I made an appointment for the first time and got in very quickly, everyone was very nice. I do not like my hair tho, when I made the appointment I told the lady I wanted hi lights and low lights and a trim. An older man did my hair, I didn’t even know his name. He did a root touch up which died my hair very dark brown, then he blow dryed it and did my highlight and low lights which made no sense because he just did the root touch up and pretty much dyed my whole head brown. I was pretty blonde already and had thick hi lights that he just had to touch up. Before he did the hi lights I told him I like them thick which he could see they were very thick. Now, I am hardly blonde at all and my hi lights are orange because he dyed it brown and then bleached the hi lights. Never have I ever had someone do this to my hair, I have gone to salons for over 20 years and I have to say that I am beyond disappointed. Not only did he not listen to what I wanted, they charged me 210 dollars and my hair doesn’t even touch my shoulders. Even tho they were very nice I will not return to this salon ever again! Looked at the prices on the site and the total doesn’t add up! Then charged me for a blow out! I never asked for a blow out! I’m very disappointed and not happy with my hair at all!"
