"Ordered running boards for Chrysler Pacifica through RonUSA. Communication and delivery thru RonUSA was fine, though he charged our credit card immediately on receipt of the order, rather than when product was shipped. The running boards are installed and will serve the purpose (helping an elderly family member get in and out of the van). They were reasonably priced. But installation was a headache. I've enjoyed putting Ikea furniture together, with clear instructions and everything fitting perfectly. With these boards, you should expect challenges. Some brackets were too short (had to make 'extensions'). Instructions were generally good, but obscure in critical spots. Used several plastic nuts from the bottom of the van, which I now have to order from Chrysler and replace. Installation materials and instructions generally just rough and unfinished. And the Boards seem about 2" shorter than would be ideal. But, hopefully they'll serve the purpose and Ohio's winter road salt won't rust them out too quickly!"
