"A big thank you to the gentlemen at Car Quest!!! The other day when it was so icy, my windshield wiper fell off. I had a pleasant experience previously there so when they opened up I stopped in for some assistance. The one gentleman was outside putting down some ice melt when I pulled in. I hesitated getting out because it was so icy. He came over with the ice melt. Then he said to just stay put. The other gentleman got the wiper that I needed, put it on for me and took my money. I didn't even need to leave my car. Thanks again for going above and beyond. That's GREAT service!!!"
