"They are friendly Had my oil changed there, noticed while I was working on my vehicle later that week the oil pan bolt was covered in blue sealent. Now idk if they impacted and stripped the plug or not, but letting me know about the presence of the sealant would of been nice. Fast forward to today, I'm working on my car replacing both front CV Axles, I already have the axles. I was able to get all necessary fasteners off, let them know that I just couldn't free the ball joint from the knuckle, the Axle Splines were even free from the Wheel hub bearing assembly. Got quoted $750!!!! Seriously? This seems like extortion, I would expect that price from a Mercedes dealership with an ASE certified Sr level tech. This task is not hard and I ended up freeing the ball joint later that day. I will not be returning, charging that much for such a easy task suggest this extream charging would be pervasive in any service provided. I did not proceed with any services. The previous owner of my car had gotten the brakes done before I bought the car. I had no clue. When I took it in for a problem with the brakes, I explained to them who I bought it from, and it has always been serviced with them since the very beginning. After transferring the previous owner's history to my history, Toby looked at me with a smile and told me if it’s anything to do with the brakes, it’s all going to be under warranty. Today, I got my vehicle back and a $0.00 bill. To say I’m pleased is an understatement!"
