"Kalamazoo store; I needed the low beam light bulb replaced in car. Package of 2 purchased. Young man was able to replace both headlights. He identified a safety issue where I had new battery replaced an arm that secures battery in place was missing; too much movement of battery could cause positive or negative cable to break and possibly induce a fire under the hood. I purchased the replacement and he secured the battery. All work done in O'Reilly parking lot in about an hour! I am comfortable going thete again or calling with questions. As I drove away...I forgot to ask his name..but Thank you!"
