"I’m sure this place would be great. I was recommended this office because they accept my insurance. Well, I schedule an appt, made sure they accept my insurance, put it on my calendar and waited. The day of the appointment I go in, give them my name, and suddenly I don’t have an appt and I’m not in the system. The front desk receptionist was nice but I could tell was being deceptive. Or maybe just confused. They told me I was at the wrong address. I googled the address and it was the same.. whatever. Mistakes happen. Today, I call in and try to get an appointment. They tell me they’re no longer accepting blue cross complete. So when this office made that decision, which had to have been recent since 2 weeks ago you guys DID accept blue cross complete.. you removed my appt without informing me? It looked clean and professional inside. However.. their practice is anything but. Scrolling through these reviews, I see I am not the only person who has experienced this issue!"

"Though I found a good dentist, but had a severe infection 2 days after their cleaning. When following up, the clinical team member was rude and completely denied of being at fault. Was suppose to have someone call me back but no one did. The infection was horrible with an excruciating pain and 7-day course antibiotics. Please sterilize your equipment therally! I wouldn't want this happening to someone else."

"This is THE PLACE! Fabulous staff, and I mean the best. Great dentist, very warm and caring. Excellent service that starts with the first phone call and ends with a happy satisfied smile as you leave. I recommended them to my best friend who had a dental emergency and she just raved about the care she received. We are so blessed to have found such wonderful people."

"Dr Fletcher is great, he explains procedures and options well. The staff is generally nice too. The facility is modern. Had been a client for years. Only comment is that timeliness can sometimes be an issue, but they may only be 5-10 minutes behind if at all. Moved out of the area, otherwise would likely have been a lifetime patient of Dr. Fletcher!"
